Capri Bougainville Anacapri , Anacapri (Isola di Capri)

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a lovely balcony facing the garden. The service was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful recommendations and even offering transportation assistance. The location was perfect, right next to Anacapri downtown and facing a convenient bus stop. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious Italian breakfast options. The hotel facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had some issues like shower drainage problems that were eventually resolved, but the owner left the key outside, which was concerning. The view overlooking the main road was not great, and the room condition was below par. I wished they had a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. On the positive side, the service was outstanding and very friendly, offering helpful tips and even driving us to the marina. The location was convenient, close to the Anacapri downtown area and transportation. However, the dining options were a bit basic and not as advertised. Overall, there were highs and lows during my stay.
